Welcome to Zee Dropshipping. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please review these carefully as they govern your use of Zee Dropshipping

Terms & Conditions

1. Account and Dispatch
  1. 1.1. Zee Dropshipping is authorized to dispatch orders on your behalf as instructed.
  2. 1.2. We will not contact the consignee of a parcel unless specifically instructed or in urgent situations.
  3. 1.3. We reserve the right to terminate your account if you fail to provide satisfactory customer support or respond to our queries in a timely manner.
2. Payments and Claims
  1. 2.1. Payments will be processed according to the policy outlined on our website, which may be updated periodically.
  2. 2.2. Claims for payments or refunds will not be entertained after 50 days from the order date or 10 days from invoice generation. Detailed reports will be provided, and timely payment processing is required as per policy.
  3. 2.3. Dropshippers with a minimum of 100 delivered orders will receive payments twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Others will receive payments every Friday.
3. Returns and Changes
  1. 3.1. A deduction of 275 PKR will be made from your account when an order's status changes to "return."
  2. 3.2. If a customer opens a parcel and requests a product change, the entire product amount will be deducted.
4. Account Management
  1. 4.1. We may suspend your account without warning if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
5. Courier and Delivery
  1. 5.1. We will assess and select the courier based on the delivery address to minimize return risks. Some couriers do not support the "allow to open" option.
  2. 5.2. If a product is returned in good condition and is in demand, we may send it to another customer.
6. Replacements
  1. 6.1. Products will only be replaced if they are not working. A video proof is required for replacement requests.
7. Complaints and Refunds
  1. 7.1. Complaints and requests for refunds must be submitted through email at support@zeedropshipping.com or whatsapp +92-315-9999547. Public complaints or requests through third-party channels may result in account termination.
  2. 7.2. The final decision on complaints will be at the discretion of our complaints department.
8. Legal Compliance
  1. 8.1. You agree to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and dropshipping and will not engage in illegal or unethical practices.
  2. 8.2. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential account information and for any activity occurring under your account.
9. Modifications
  1. 9.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
10. Liability
  1. 10.1. Zee Dropshipping is not responsible for any business loss, including financial or health-related damages, resulting from the use of products purchased through our platform. We are not liable for product recalls or issues affecting the products sold.
11. Privacy
  1. 11.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent. We comply with relevant e-commerce laws and regulations.

Refund Policy

At Zee Dropshipping, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Please review the following refund policy details:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
  1. 1.1. Refunds are available under these conditions:
    • The product is defective or not functioning.
    • An incorrect product was shipped.
    • There is an issue with the order fulfillment process attributable to our platform.
2. Non-Refundable Items
    2.1. Refunds are not offered for:
    • Products returned due to customer error (e.g., wrong product or size ordered).
    • Products that have been opened and used, unless defective.
    • Products returned outside the return window (30 days from the order date).
3. Return Process
  1. 3.1. To request a refund:
    • Submit a return request through email at support@zeedropshipping.com within 30 days from the order date.
    • Provide a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos of the defective product).
    • Return the product to our designated return address if applicable. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the dropshipper unless due to our error.
4. Refund Processing
  1. 4.1. Upon receiving and verifying the returned product:
    • The refund amount will be credited to your account or the original payment method.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from receipt and verification of the returned product.
    • Refunds will be adjusted against any outstanding fees or balances on your account.
5. Partial Refunds
  1. 5.1. Partial refunds may be issued depending on the issue and the condition of the returned product.
6. Dispute Resolution
  1. 6.1. For disputes or concerns regarding a refund, contact our support team through the email (support@zeedropshipping.com). We will review your case and seek a satisfactory resolution.

8. Payment Schedule and Charges
  1. 8.1. Our refund policy may be updated periodically. Please review the policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
11. Privacy
  1. 9.1. Dropshippers with a minimum of 100 delivered orders will receive payments twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday. Others will receive payments every Friday.
  2. 9.2. A deduction of 275 PKR will be applied for returns.
  3. 9.3. Packing charges are 30 PKR.
  4. 9.4. Courier charges are standard at 180 PKR. For products weighing over 1 kg, courier charges may increase.
